Interfaith Caregivers Volunteer Training Session
Neighbors helping neighbors. That’s how Interfaith Caregivers of Haddonfield works. Our mission is to facilitate independent living by providing supportive volunteer services for people who are elderly or disabled, but we can’t do it without your help!
If you can drive a client to a doctor’s appointment, the grocery store, the bank or the pharmacy, do grocery shopping, provide respite care so that a primary caregiver can have some free time, read to those who are visually impaired, or provide a few hours of companionship, please sign up for our next volunteer training session. You may be surprised to find that you get more out of these activities than you give!
The next two-part training session will be held on Tuesday, April 25th and Wednesday, April 26th from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Mabel Kay Hospitality House, 24 Walnut Street, Haddonfield. To register or obtain more information, please call the Interfaith Caregivers office at 354-0298.
